Dr. Alisa J. Henley, PhD founded Vision Ignitor U after witnessing countless talented leaders fail to realize their potential—not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked authentic development and strategic frameworks.
Her doctoral research explored the connection between trustworthiness and authentic leadership, work that evolved into practical systems for helping leaders move from self-doubt to self-assurance. After years of watching leaders struggle with performative leadership and visions that stayed stuck in their heads, she created Vision Ignitor U to provide what was missing: frameworks that work, teaching that transforms, and community that sustains.
